1. Who we are

GLENNJULIO is run by [full name], [address], Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. [KvK number], VAT no.[VAT number]. Contact:hello@example.com. These terms apply to every purchase of an original work, a print or a commission.

2. Orders and prices

You place an order or inquiry through this website or by email. The sale is final once we confirm it to you by email, together with the price, delivery costs and payment details. Prices are in euros and include VAT[confirm]. Delivery costs are shown separately.

3. Payment

Payment is made in advance, by the method stated in our confirmation. We send the work once the payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Works are packed with care and sent insured. We aim to deliver within[number] working days after payment; you will receive the expected date with our confirmation. The risk passes to you once the work has been delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel the purchase of an original work or a print within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know by email within that period, and return the work undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days after that. Return costs are for your own account. We refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs within 14 days of your cancellation, but may wait until the work is back with us.

Commissions are made to your own specifications. For a commission, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

6. Commissions

For a commission we agree in writing on the subject, size, price and expected delivery time. A deposit of[percentage] is due before work begins and is not refundable once the painting has started. As each work is painted by hand, small differences from sketches or examples are part of the work and not a defect.

7. The work

Every original is painted by hand in oil on anodised aluminium and is unique. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the work itself. If a work arrives damaged or not as agreed, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will find a solution together: repair, replacement or a refund. Your legal rights as a consumer always remain.

8. Copyright

The copyright of every work stays with the artist. Buying a work or a print gives you ownership of the object, not the right to reproduce it. Photos of the work in your home for personal use and social media are welcome.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy statement.

10. Questions and complaints

Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@example.com. We reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
